What is Standing Strong?
Standing Strong is our signature Exercise Physiology class focussed on giving you individualised care in a social group setting.
Resistance training has been proven to be beneficial for a range of health conditions such as diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, cancer recovery, weight loss and more.

Participants in this class each have an individualised program that they undertake in a supervised group class. Your program progresses regularly with regular reassessments each quarter.

HOW IT WORKS
BOOK A 1:1 APPOINTMENT
All individuals wishing to join a class will need to undertake an initial assessment: involves previous injury history, postural assessment, goal setting and introduction to core strengthening principles.
