What is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist?

Accredited Exercise Physiologist’s (AEP’s or EPs) are University qualified Allied Health professionals who specialise in the delivery of exercise and lifestyle modification programs for people with chronic and complex health conditions and injuries. AEP's also work with people who are fit and healthy but are wanting to take a preventative approach to their health.

If you are living with a chronic condition, illness or injury, Accredited Exercise Physiologists are the best people to get you moving again. They understand the challenges and will work in partnership with you (and your doctor) to prescribe safe and effective exercise interventions.
