Ciara is Irish and recently moved over to Sydney to begin her new career down under. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Health Science from the University of Limerick in Ireland and she has recently just completed her Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Bolton in the UK. She has both student and post graduate experience in hospitals and outpatient clinics while working with NHS England and is new to the Spinal Synergy Team in 2023.
Ciara has developed a holistic approach to physiotherapy, integrating evidence-based practices with personalized treatment plans. She is skilled in conducting thorough assessments, formulating accurate diagnoses, and designing effective therapeutic interventions. Ciara looks forward to enhancing her skills and qualifications under the guidance of Spinal Synergy.
Ciara while growing up was always very active, taking part in a variety of sports including handball, camogie and golf. She has gained an international Cap with the Irish girls Golf team when she was 15. During her spare time Ciara loves going to the gym, sea swims and playing golf. She believes that living a health lifestyle is important and hopes to encourage her patients to do the same.

Ciara is proficient in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities.
Ciara has gained her experience internationally with Australia being her latest destination to practice.
