Accredited Exercise Physiologist writes down exercise program

Alyssa is currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney which originally attracted her due to her passion for anatomy and health.

She recently joined the BBLC team as a junior receptionist where she is hoping to gain some critical experience and knowledge of the behind the scenes process of a health clinic.

When she's not studying for university, you can find Alyssa enjoying brunch with friends, playing a game of oztag/touch football, at the gym or experimenting with a new hobby every week. She is a lover of trying new things, animals, and travelling. Her ideal day of relaxation includes cosying up on a couch with a good book and a warm drink (preferably when it's rainy).

Alyssa is the mum to a kelpie dog named Roxy, and often visits her family's acreage in the Central Coast that is home to two cows, four geese, and a large family of chickens.

She is excited to be a part of a community that emphasises a balanced lifestyle and holistic approach to health, and cannot wait to see where this role takes her.
